The Little House Learning Center Team has partnered with Blessed Bag to provide a service opportunity for the community.
At Blessed Bag our mission is to bring hope and show God’s love to those going through the cancer journey and undergoing cancer treatments. We accomplish this by giving individuals a Blessed Bag, a beautiful, high quality bag filled with items to make their journey more comfortable.
This year the Little House Team has chosen to participate in a team building activity, one that also serves others. After the items are collected the Little House staff will be working together to pack Blessed Bags.
The fundraiser will be held from June 4 – June 30, 2018. Here’s how you can help.
Items that can be donated and dropped off at Little House:
- Fuzzy socks – men’s, women’s & children
- Hand sanitizer – Preferably unscented
- Kleenex packs
- Kids activity books
- Children’s blankets
- Hand lotion – preferably Udderly Smooth brand (Dollar Store)
- Pillow Pets
- Gratitude Journal – Amazon.com for under $8.00 per journal
- Men’s Camo Blanket – Walmart.com or Amazon.com

There are countless individuals young, old and everyone in between that need to be shown that they are loved. A Blessed Bag does just that. Each donation brings joy and hope to a heart where it has been lost. Cancer touches so many lives. Not just within our Little House Family but the community as well. We can make a real lasting difference in someone’s life, one bag at a time.
With warm regards,
